Merry Christmas!

I'm sorry it has been so long since my last post. I wish I could just slow down and enjoy the Christmas season. It is my favorite time of the year... Christmas carols (Bing Crosby, of course), Christmas lights (the tackier, the better!), pumpkin spice coffee (Yeah, I know I should like the gingerbread flavor, but I am a pumpkin spice gal.), my fakey fake white Christmas tree (the hap-hap-happiest tree in the world), and did I mention Christmas carols??

Here are a few recent pictures from our world.

I love our little house. And I love our big ginkgo tree. Aren't those leaves beautiful? The berries smell like dog poop (literally) but the golden leaves are worth it. We just have to watch where we step.

Jeff likes to use the school holidays to get projects done around the house. For example, refinishing the kitchen cabinets. Asher took advantage of the easy access!

Yes, we had snow. Belle could not wait to play in it. All 3/4 of an inch of it.

At least we got to get a picture of Asher in his winter hat. We don't dress like this often... or ever!

Belle really wanted to wear matching hats. He was not thrilled about the whole idea.

She succeeded by using the old "distract him with the Christmas tree" trick. Works every time.

I stole some pictures off of Hannah's facebook page. I don't have as many opportunities to get pictures of her. One day I will get a picture of all three of them together! (Yes, I like to set the bar high, folks.)

That last picture is SO Hannah. She really is fabulous. :)

Please say a prayer for the children of Reece's Rainbow, especially my Tomas. Pray that these precious children find their families this Christmas.

Merry Christmas!
