Last night was Bunko night at Linda's house. Her son thinks we shouldn't be able to call it Bunko night since we don't actually play the game. I think we have the best Bunko group in town - no pressure, everyone wins... What more could you ask for? I don't think Linda even gets the box out anymore. All pretense is gone.
Anyway, after I dropped Belle off at gymnastics, I brought Asher over early to visit while Linda got ready for Bunko. He had a great time playing with her kids. MacKenzie gave him one of those volleyball-sized bouncy balls to play with, and he was ecstatic. It seems that he has never played with a ball before. In my defense, it never occurred to me to give him a ball. I mean, it's really difficult to play ball when you are horizontal. Sitting up has opened up a whole new world for him. It's pretty exciting!
Jeff took the girls to Sci-Port in Shreveport today while I TRY to close out the sales quarter in a somewhat respectable fashion. Working from home is SO hard for me. Clothes to fold, dishes to wash, beds to make... The distractions are endless! He took my camera with him, so I am sure I will have pictures to share. Lucky you!
BTW, sorry for my melancholy mood of late. Asher's happy, we're happy, and Ziva usually pees outside. All in all, life is good!
Back to the grind! More later!
