I hesitate to post anything else because I SO want everyone to read the post on Redemption (which I didn't write). Oh well... I'll figure something out.
I am sitting in a parking lot in New Iberia. It's 1:04, so technically the lunch hour is over. I need to get back to work, but am so tired. Why? Well, thank you for asking! Asher IS waking up during the night. He doesn't really cry. He sort of babbles - very sweetly, I might add - so we will change his diaper and give him a bottle. I think that if his crib were in another room, we would be more able to let him babble himself right back to sleep. The other issue is more difficult to address.
What is the other issue, you ask? BOOBOO, THE CAT. If he is outside, he wants to come inside. If he is inside, he wants to go outside. We happen to have a door to the outside in our bedroom. He will stand at the bedroom door and meow LOUDLY until I get up and let him in the bedroom and then out the side door. If he is outside, he will scratch on the side door until I get up, let him in, and them let him out of our bedroom. IN OUT IN OUT IN OUT... It is beyond ridiculous. What - you noticed that I said that I let him IN OUT IN OUT IN OUT? Yeah, picture Jeff getting up in the middle of the night to make the cat happy.
By the way, Pippi is still missing. I really miss her. :(
Have a great afternoon, beloved followers!
